• All participants are required to be fully vaccinated. There is no need to test prior to arriving at the meeting.

Schedule

The schedule is broken in to morning talks of ~ 40 minutes each, followed by afternoons of open discussions. Tuesday and Wednesday are likewise for open discussions. The link to (editable) schedule is here. Sunday, Monday and Tuesday we have the conference room booked, so we can keep the zoom meeting going the whole time. Wednesday, we may have to find a different place to hold conversations.
